AN ACT DESIGNATING CONNECTICUT AS AN EARTH TRUSTEE STATE UNDER THE EARTH CHARTER INITIATIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to designate Connecticut as an Earth Trustee State pursuant to the Earth Charter Initiative.
Statement of Purpose:
To designate the state as an Earth Trustee State.
