AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING IN PRIVATE BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit smoking in private buildings.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit smoking in private buildings and require persons who smoke to do so outside in order to allow others to avoid second hand smoke.
