AN ACT INCREASING MAGNET SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION GRANTS FOR CERTAIN DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-264i of the general statutes be amended to increase interdistrict magnet school transportation grant amounts to districts that are not assisting the state in meeting the goals of the 2008 stipulation and order for Milo Sheff, et al. v. William A. O'Neill, et al.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase interdistrict magnet school transportation grant amounts for districts that are not located in the Sheff region.
