AN ACT CONCERNING AN APPEAL OF A PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow, for an extended period of time, a taxpayer in the city of Danbury to request reconsideration by the Office of Policy and Management of a decision to modify or deny a property tax exemption granted by the assessor to the taxpayer.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide property tax relief to a local small business.
