AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN SMALL BUSINESSES FROM BOTTLE BILL REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt small businesses holding permits allowing on-premises consumption of alcoholic liquor from bottle bill requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
