AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE CONNECTICUT HOME CARE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-342 of the general statutes be amended to create a task force to study the effectiveness of the home care program for the elderly, savings realized and the potential for results-based budgeting.
Statement of Purpose:
To analyze the efficacy of the state home care program for the elderly and the need for results-based budgeting.
