AN ACT PROHIBITING PRIVATE TRANSFER FEES ON CONVEYANCES OF REAL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the imposition of private transfer fees on conveyances of real property in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the imposition of private transfer fees on conveyances of real property in this state.
