| 27 | 27 | That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles from imposing a restoration fee or suspending the motor vehicle operator's license of any person whose privilege to operate a motor vehicle in any other state with a reciprocal agreement with Connecticut is scheduled to be suspended for unpaid traffic violations in such state if such person makes payment for such violations prior to the date of suspension. | |
