2323 AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUSPENSION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE FOR UNPAID OUT-OF-STATE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN A STATE WITH A RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT WITH CONNECTICUT.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles from imposing a restoration fee or suspending the motor vehicle operator's license of any person whose privilege to operate a motor vehicle in any other state with a reciprocal agreement with Connecticut is scheduled to be suspended for unpaid traffic violations in such state if such person makes payment for such violations prior to the date of suspension.
