AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES TO TOWNS HOSTING BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide full payments in lieu of taxes to municipalities in which Bradley International Airport is located.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide full payment for towns hosting Bradley International Airport.
