AN ACT CONCERNING PILOT PAYMENTS FOR CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the state fully fund payments in lieu of taxes for municipalities that host correctional facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to fully fund PILOT payments to towns that host correctional facilities.
