2323 AN ACT CONCERNING RECEIPT AND ADOPTION OF THE MASTER PLAN DEVELOPED BY THE ACHIEVEMENT GAP TASK FORCE BY THE INTERAGENCY COUNCIL FOR ENDING THE ACHIEVEMENT GAP.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That section 10-16nn of the general statutes be amended to require (1) the State Board of Education to formally adopt the master plan submitted by the achievement gap task force, developed pursuant to section 10-16mm of the general statutes, and (2) the members serving on the Interagency Council for Ending the Achievement Gap to submit a formal letter of receipt to the achievement gap task force acknowledging receipt of such master plan.
