AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF LEASED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the inclusion of taxable gross receipts from the value of a leased vehicle for property tax purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce tax burden on leased commercial vehicles.
