| 25 | 25 | That section 4a-60g of the general statutes be amended to require the state to award construction contracts to minority business enterprises under the set-aside program in accordance with the following percentages: (1) For Black American-owned business enterprises, ten per cent of the total value of construction contracts and ten per cent of the total value of subcontracts on such construction contracts; (2) for Hispanic American-owned business enterprises, two and one-half per cent of the total value of construction contracts and six per cent of the total value of subcontracts on such construction contracts; and (3) for women-owned business enterprises, eleven per cent of the total value of construction contracts and fifteen per cent of the total value of subcontracts on such construction contracts. | |
