25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that in any case in which an employer or workers' compensation insurer contests an employee's claim and that claim is resolved in the favor of such employer or workers' compensation insurer, the attorney representing the employer or workers' compensation insurer shall receive twenty per cent of any sum reimbursed to the insurance company that paid the employee's medical benefit pending resolution of the employee's claim. | |
