25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for gas stations and grocery stores to purchase emergency generators, by creating a program offering low interest state loans to such businesses for such purchases and by establishing a ten per cent exemption on the property tax of the generator for the first five years following purchase. | |
