2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to undertake a study of all occupational licenses and recommend elimination of those licenses that are not necessary to protect the public health or safety.
