AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXTENSION OF A BAIL BOND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for an extension of a bail bond when proof has been provided to the court that the principal is incarcerated out of state and awaiting extradition.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for an extension of a bail bond when proof has been provided to the court that the principal is incarcerated out of state and awaiting extradition.
