AN ACT REFORMING THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reform the current workers' compensation system to provide relief to employers and reduce costs while maintaining employee benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To reform the workers' compensation system.
