AN ACT REQUIRING ONLINE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipalities to place building permit applications online.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the building permit process more efficient.
