AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY UNFUNDED MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study all unfunded state mandates and to make recommendations as to which mandates may be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide relief from unfunded mandates.
