AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-202 of the general statutes be amended to increase the amount a municipal health department with a population of less than fifty thousand receives from the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for full-time health departments in municipalities with populations of less than fifty thousand.
