AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OBESE PATIENTS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to establish an obese patients' bill of rights to direct hospitals concerning health care for obese patients.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a standard of care for persons who are obese and in need of health care services.
