2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 319b of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder shall retain such diagnosis for all purposes regardless of changes made concerning autism spectrum disorder in an edition of the American Psychiatric Association's "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders".
