AN ACT ALLOWING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO HOST "CASINO NIGHTS".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit nonprofit organizations to host "casino nights" where participants may purchase credits to play games of chance, provided the hosting organization retains all proceeds and the participants do not receive any money in return.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit nonprofit organizations to raise funds by hosting "casino nights".
