AN ACT REQUIRING FULL FUNDING OF THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the General Assembly to annually appropriate to the Teachers' Retirement Fund the amount necessary to fully fund the Connecticut teachers' retirement system.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the state to fully fund the Teachers' Retirement Fund.
