AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND AND THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the transfer of funds in the State Employees Retirement Fund and the Teachers' Retirement Fund to the General Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent transferring funds from the State Employees Retirement Fund and the Teachers' Retirement Fund for use as General Fund revenue.
