25 | 25 | That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create an academically gifted advancement program for students in grade eleven. Such program shall (1) offer a qualifying examination for participation in such program, (2) allow students who successfully complete such examination to waive enrollment in grade twelve and enroll in college courses, and (3) provide academic scholarships for such students. | |
