AN ACT CONCERNING THE TIME LIMIT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION HEARINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to require that all special education hearings be conducted in a single day.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the duration of special education hearings to a single day.
