AN ACT CONCERNING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF MUNICIPALITIES PROVIDING WATER SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 16-27 and 16-29 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that municipalities providing water service file an annual report with the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the regulatory burden on municipalities providing water service.
