AN ACT STUDYING THE JURISDICTIONAL LINES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN APPROVING SEAWALL CONSTRUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an examination of the jurisdictional lines used to determine the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's oversight of the construction of seawalls.
Statement of Purpose:
To examine the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's oversight of the construction of seawalls needed to protect property and businesses.
