AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY TAXES AND FEES THAT IMPACT BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study all taxes and fees that impact businesses in the state and recommend those that may be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a more business-friendly environment by reducing the burden on companies.
