AN ACT CONCERNING A REDUCTION IN THE GROSS EARNINGS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 227 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the petroleum products gross earnings tax from seven per cent to five per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To cut the tax on gasoline.
