2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities with populations smaller than one hundred thousand persons to reduce the number of polling places, at the discretion of the municipality, for certain elections.
