2121 AN ACT CONCERNING POTENTIAL VOTER FRAUD.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to provide that in any voting district where more votes are cast than the number of voters registered in that district, the results of such election returns shall be voided and that the district shall conduct a revote.
