AN ACT CONCERNING DEBIT CARD PURCHASES OF GASOLINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 42-133ff of the general statutes be amended to require retail sellers of gasoline to charge the same price for cash and debit purchases.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit gas stations from charging a premium for debit card purchases.
