AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF RESTRAINING ORDERS AND PROTECTIVE ORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 46b-15 and 46b-38c of the general statutes be amended to ease the requirements associated with the granting of restraining orders and protective orders.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the requirements associated with the granting of restraining orders and protective orders.
