AN ACT CONCERNING REFORM OF THE CERTIFICATE OF MERIT REQUIREMENTS IN MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CLAIMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 52-190a of the general statutes be amended to revise the requirements associated with the filing of certificates of merit in medical malpractice cases.

Statement of Purpose: 

To reform the certificate of merit requirements in medical malpractice cases.
