AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF BINDING ARBITRATION IN MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ACTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 52-190c of the general statutes be amended to implement the use of binding arbitration in medical malpractice actions.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement the use of binding arbitration in medical malpractice actions.
