AN ACT REQUIRING THE ELECTRIFICATION OF ALL STATE RAIL BRANCH LINES BY 2023.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all state rail branch lines be electrified by 2023.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that all state rail branch lines be electrified by 2023.
