25 | 25 | That subdivision (9) of section 10a-29 of the general statutes be amended to require any person who is entitled to classification as an in-state student for tuition purposes under said subdivision to be entitled to tuition waivers, tuition remissions, grants for educational expenses and student employment, provided such person demonstrates financial need or substantial financial need in accordance with section 10a-77, 10a-99 or 10a-105 of the general statutes. | |
