| 31 | 31 | That: (1) Section 47-261b of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the association of a common interest community from adopting or enforcing any rule that prevents a unit owner from installing a security camera to the exterior of his or her condominium unit, and (2) title 8 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the board of a planned unit development from adopting or enforcing any rule that prevents a unit owner from installing a security camera to the exterior of his or her unit. | |
