2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to establish a judicial process by which the next of kin of a homicide victim may petition the court for a limited release of certain medical and psychiatric records relating to a deceased perpetrator of the homicide.
