AN ACT CONCERNING DESECRATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN A CEMETERY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to clarify and strengthen criminal penalties associated with the desecration of property located in a cemetery.
Statement of Purpose:
