AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARNED RISK REDUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to prohibit inmates sentenced for violent offenses from earning risk reduction credit toward a reduction in sentence.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit inmates sentenced for violent offenses from earning risk reduction credit toward a reduction in sentence.
