AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC INDECENCY IN A CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a criminal offense of public indecency in a correctional institution, classify such offense as a class D felony and require offenders to register with the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection as a nonviolent sexual offender.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an increased penalty for public indecency in a correctional institution.
