AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to direct that .025 per cent of the motor vehicle fuels tax be directed to dial-a-ride services.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a defined source of revenue for dial-a-ride services.
