2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish presumptive eligibility for persons who apply for home care benefits under title XIX of the Social Security Act and whose medical needs meet or exceed a skilled nursing facility level of care.
