AN ACT CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA SURROUNDING ROUTE 80 IN EAST HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to designate the area surrounding Route 80 in the town of East Haven as an economic development zone, including, but not limited to, an enterprise zone.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the designation of the area surrounding Route 80 in East Haven as an economic development zone.
