AN ACT CONCERNING LOW-INTEREST LOAN PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTIAL OIL TANK, FURNACE AND BOILER REPLACEMENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to expand low-interest revolving loan programs that finance residential oil tank, furnace and boiler replacements.

Statement of Purpose: 

To expand low-interest revolving loan programs to encourage residential replacements of oil tanks and furnaces.
