2727 AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN STATE PARKS THAT ARE FREE TO THE PUBLIC.

2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3131 That the general statutes be amended to retain the "free to the public" status of certain state parks that are free to the public unless the local legislative body approves the collection of fees at such park. Furthermore, to provide that any improvements made to such park by the host municipality shall not affect said park's "free to the public" status.
